Visualisation |
It's as much about working with people as about being able to draw. I define Visualisation as "a process of engagement with key stakeholders in order to shape a common understanding of their needs through visual representations". The process involves facilitating discussions with key stakeholders in order to align their thinking into one (or a series) of illustrations. The concept drawing(s) that come from these sessions, capturing key messages through the aligned thinking of the group, are the real value of the process - and the group have ownership of what they have helped create. I then draw up the pictures using my own artistic style and colour them electronically. The end result can then be used as a tool to communicate the common message across the organisation and drive change. Click on the boxes below to see some examples of Visualisation in action ! |
