Communicating a complex concept to get people's buy-in can often be a challenging task. For example, you may need to explain the way a complex process works across an organisation in order to get people's commitment to making it happen. This illustration is one I used to communicate the concept of "Asset Care" within an organisation I worked for. I used this single picture to "sell the message" - by representing the actual people, their positions in the organisation, and the required actions from all of them to achieve the end result. |
